These terms apply when you book a free trial or a lesson with Good Vibes Learn Thai (“we”, “us”). By booking, you agree to them. They're written in plain English — if anything is unclear, email hello@goodvibeslearnthai.com.au.
Lessons
- All lessons are live and online on Google Meet. You need a device with a camera, a microphone and a stable internet connection.
- Lesson times are in Melbourne time (AEST/AEDT).
- Lessons are 1:1, or for a couple learning together. Each course is tailored to your goals.
Prices
- Free trial — 20 minutes, A$0, no obligation.
- 1:1 online — A$50 per hour.
- Couples 1:1 — A$75 per hour for you and your partner.
Prices are in Australian dollars. We may change our prices, but a lesson you've already booked and paid for keeps its price.
Booking and payment
- Book a time on our website or by email.
- Payment is due once your class is locked in, and before the lesson starts. You can pay by PayID, bank transfer or card — we'll email you the details.
- Your lesson is confirmed when we've received payment. We'll then send you a Google Meet invite.
- The free trial doesn't need any payment.
Rescheduling and cancelling
- 24 hours' notice or more: you can move your lesson to another time for free, or cancel and get a full refund.
- Less than 24 hours' notice, or not showing up: the lesson is charged and can't be refunded. If something serious happens, like illness or an emergency, tell us — we'll always try to help.

Running late
If you join late, the lesson still finishes at the booked time. If you haven't joined after 15 minutes and we haven't heard from you, the lesson counts as a no-show.
If we need to cancel
If we have to cancel or can't run a lesson, we'll tell you as soon as we can and you can choose a new time or a full refund. If a lesson is cut short because of a problem on our side (for example our internet drops out), we'll make up the time or refund that part.
Refunds
Refunds are paid back the same way you paid, usually within 7 days. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Lesson materials
Cheat sheets, audio and other materials are for your own learning. Please don't share or sell them.
Respect
Our lessons are friendly and relaxed. We ask everyone to be respectful. We may end a lesson or stop working with someone who is abusive or inappropriate.

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, and the version on the day you book applies to that booking. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Questions? Email hello@goodvibeslearnthai.com.au.
